Currently, our shop offers delivery to Belgium, Canada, France (including DOM-TOM), Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. We can also ship to other countries. If yours is not listed, please contact us.

Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time for your order is the time elapsed between placing your order and receiving it. It generally takes 4 to 6 weeks, depending on artist availability, painting complexity, potential shipping delays, and the destination.
The total delivery time consists of 2 parts:
- Processing Time
The processing time for a painting is the time elapsed between placing your order and the painting leaving the studio. Processing time usually takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete a painting, but can take up to 4 or 5 weeks depending on artist availability and/or the complexity of the painting. For complex or very large paintings, orders can take up to 6 weeks. Processing begins after payment is received. Processing time includes the time needed to process your order and the production process (painting the picture and its drying). Please be aware that oil paint, unlike acrylic, is a slow-drying type of paint consisting of pigment particles suspended in a drying oil. How quickly oils dry strongly depends on humidity and weather conditions. As it is impossible to predict weather conditions and how quickly the oil will dry, it is impossible to accurately predict when the painting will be dry enough to ship. - Shipping Time
Shipping time is the time elapsed between the product leaving our workshop and arriving at your door. This time will depend on the shipping method you choose (STANDARD or EXPRESS) during the order registration process (see details on shipping methods below). Our gallery cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect consequences of a delivery delay beyond our control.
STANDARD Shipping Method
Your painting will be sent via the postal service. Depending on the destination, delivery can take approximately 10-15 business days after the package has been shipped from our art gallery. Please note that this standard shipping method does not guarantee a specific delivery date, nor does it offer online package tracking.
Weight and size:
- The maximum package weight must be between 20 and 30 kg, depending on the destination country.
- The maximum size must not exceed 1.05 m on one side, and 2 m for the sum of the length and the girth (girth = (width + height) × 2).

EXPRESS Shipping Method
We offer an express delivery service through carriers such as UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx, or EMS. This shipping method is sometimes required for certain orders. If you wish to send your painting via one of these methods, you must select one of the EXPRESS carriers offered based on the destination country on the SHIPPING page during order registration.
For packages shipped by EMS, delivery will be carried out by an equivalent express carrier in the destination country. Depending on the destination, it can take approximately 5-6 business days to reach the recipient after the package leaves our workshop.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by the chosen shipping method and the package weight. The weight is not based on the actual weight of the package, but on the volumetric weight calculated as follows:
Volumetric Weight (kg) = (Length × Width × Height in cm) / 6000.
You can find the shipping costs for your order on the Your CART page by selecting your country. The rates will also be displayed during the order registration process before proceeding to the payment step.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE shipping if the smallest side of the ordered paintings does not exceed 90 cm.
Lost or Damaged Products
We guarantee your satisfaction and strive to ensure that your order arrives complete and within the estimated delivery times. Sometimes, however, packages can be lost or damaged in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or left with someone who accepted the package on your behalf (such as a family member, neighbor, colleague, or building manager). In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact us.
